25+ Years Clinical Experience Technology-Focused Care Shelton, CT

Does this sound familiar?

Pain can make life feel smaller.

Many people start looking for another option when medications, injections, physical therapy or other care have not provided the improvement they hoped for — or when they simply want to explore a non-surgical approach.

The first step is figuring out whether your condition is a good fit for the treatments available in our office.

Everyday Movement

Walking starts to hurt.

Grocery stores, parking lots, vacations and simple errands can become something you plan around.

Mobility

Stairs become a problem.

Going up or down stairs can become slower, uncomfortable or something you begin avoiding.

Activity

Exercise gets pushed aside.

Golf, walking, workouts and hobbies become harder when pain shows up every time you try to stay active.

Rest

Pain follows you to bed.

Persistent discomfort can make it difficult to get comfortable, stay asleep or wake up feeling rested.

What to expect

Your first visit is about clarity.

Our goal is to understand your problem, determine whether you appear to be an appropriate candidate for care, and help you make an informed decision about what comes next.

01

Consultation

Meet one-on-one with Dr. Dalfino to discuss your symptoms, health history, goals and the activities pain has been making more difficult.

02

A focused examination of the problem area helps identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and whether you appear to be an appropriate candidate for care.

03

Review Your Findings

Dr. Dalfino explains what was found, answers your questions and reviews the treatment approach he recommends, including frequency, timeline and costs.

04

Your First Treatment Is Included
