What should I bring?

Bring a photo ID, your medication list, and any available X-ray or MRI reports. Please arrive about 15 minutes early for paperwork. Our office is at 2 Trap Falls Road, Suite 208, Shelton, CT 06484.

Does the $99 visit include treatment?

It includes your consultation, examination, Report of Findings and first treatment when your examination confirms that treatment is clinically appropriate that day. Any recommendations for ongoing care and their costs are explained before you decide how to proceed.
