A clear next step.
Coordinated care.

Connecticut Disc and Laser Therapy Centers welcomes provider inquiries about individual chiropractic evaluation for spine, nerve and joint symptoms. Dr. James J. Dalfino, DC, determines whether our services are appropriate or another assessment should come first.

When to contact us

Questions about
conservative care?

Providers may contact our team about patients with ongoing back or neck pain, disc-related symptoms, sciatica or joint discomfort who may benefit from an individual chiropractic assessment. A symptom or imaging finding alone does not establish suitability for a particular treatment.

We assess the patient's history, examination findings, prior care and goals. Further medical assessment or specialist referral may be appropriate. Our clinic does not replace emergency care, surgical assessment or the patient's prescribing clinician.

Services available after assessment

Options guided by
the individual.

Our services include chiropractic care, DRX9000 spinal decompression, MLS M7 laser therapy, EmField Pro HEIT and Pulse PEMF. Availability does not imply that every modality is appropriate for every patient.

We discuss the proposed approach, relevant limitations, alternatives and costs before a patient commits to further care. Patients should continue prescribed treatment and communicate changes with their treating clinician.

Referral coordination

Start with
a phone call.

Call (203) 922-9277

  1. Contact our office

Ask about referral coordination and whether an initial evaluation may fit the patient's needs.

  2. Arrange secure information exchange

Our staff will confirm how to share the referral question, relevant history, prior treatment, precautions and available imaging reports.

  3. Discuss communication preferences

Coordinate any updates or records needed, subject to patient authorization and applicable requirements.

Please do not submit patient names, diagnoses or medical records through the general website contact form. Call for record-transfer instructions. New bladder or bowel changes, saddle numbness, major progressive weakness or other emergency symptoms require urgent medical assessment rather than a routine referral.
